Tundra Ediciones

Information for authors

Why publish with Tundra Ediciones?

Tundra Ediciones aims to provide support for authors and believes that the royalties paid to authors in the conventional publishing world are too low in the case of works on nature and biology that require a great effort in their production and have a low volume of sales due to their specialization. Therefore, Tundra offers authors the highest royalties in the publishing world.

Moreover, the team at Tundra Ediciones is completely dedicated to its projects and works in conjunction with authors from the initial evaluation of the viability of each proposal, right up to the final choice of format, layout, text correction and cover design.

In addition, Tundra ensures that each work receives maximum publicity and dedicates time and effort to promotion and distribution. It is also committed to keeping its catalogue alive with reprints and reissues that will ensure that its published works are constantly available.

Submitting proposals and projects

Proposals consisting of original writings or projects may be submitted for study and evaluation. They must include a summary of the contents, the aims of the work, a table of contents and a brief biography of the author or authors.

Tundra is also interested in publishing books based on:

- Ph.D. theses
- Proceedings, papers and communications from conventions, seminars, conferences and workshops.
- Materials from courses and training programmes.
- Notes by teachers (that are sometimes so complete that they can made into the perfect textbook for students).

The team of Tundra publishers will study submitted material and will advise authors or editors how to adapt their material to make it publishable in book form.

Proposals framed within the following subject matters are acceptable:
