Taxes

There is a 4% value-added tax levied on book sales by law in Spain. All prices appear with VAT included.

Countries from outside the European Union are exempt from the payment of this tax.

Clients may choose from the following methods of payment:

b) Cheque payable to Tundra.

Shipping

Customers must take into account the fact that delivery dates, the speed of the delivery service contracted, the delivery point and cost will vary according to the choice of delivery transport.

By courier: € 6 (delivery in 2 or 3 days)

EUROPEAN UNION
By post: 6 € per book (delivery between 7 and 20 days)
By courier: 7.50 € (delivery between 5 and 10 working days)

REST OF THE WORLD
By post: 10 € per book (delivery between 15 and 90 days)

Customer rights and returning goods

The availability of our products is guaranteed on the basis of our warehouse stock, but may change in the case of exceptional demand.

EDC Tundra will inform customers by e-mail of any problem relating to the availability of the product ordered.

Wherever possible, all products will be sent in a single shipment. If at any time shipments have to be split, EDC Tundra will pay any additional costs.

EDC Tundra guarantees that customers may cancel orders at any time without cost if the order has not yet been prepared for transport or dispatched.

Clients may return an order within seven days of having received it. The client must inform EDC Tundra within this period via any of the accepted means of communication of his/her intention to return the goods. The unwanted goods must be returned to EDC Tundra along with the delivery note and invoice. EDC Tundra will pay the costs of returning the order.

Clients may return any article purchased from EDC Tundra provided that the package has not been opened or used in any way and that the original packaging is intact.

If by error a product is dispatched that a client has not ordered, EDC Tundra will accept its return and will send the correct product without any additional charge to the client.

EDC Tundra will pay all costs involved in returning defective books or books sent by mistake if the client communicates the details of the problem to EDC Tundra.

Client obligations

Clients must at all times provide correct, accurate and up-to-date information when filling in user registration forms and when ordering.

Clients must accept all the conditions included in the General Purchasing and Contractual Conditions that reflect EDC Tundra’s desire to offer the best possible service.

Clients must provide an address where orders can be delivered during normal delivery hours (Monday to Friday 10.00 a 13.30 and 16.00 to 18.00). In the case that clients fail to fulfil this obligation, EDC Tundra accepts no responsibility for any delay or failure to deliver a client’s order.

Security and confidentiality

EDC Tundra guarantees the security and confidentiality of all its contacts with clients.

Purchasing details will be stored in a date base designed for such use.

EDC Tundra guarantee the protection and confidentiality of all personal data, addresses, payments and any other information supplied by clients in accordance with Law 15/1999, 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

All the data supplied to EDC Tundra by customers will be stored in an automatic Personal Data File that has been created and is maintained by EDC Tundra in accordance with the use established for each form on the web-site.

In compliance with Law 15/1999, 13 December, clients of EDC Tundra may at any time exercise their right to access, rectify, challenge or withdraw their personal data as per our Confidentiality Policy.

If data is supplied as part of a purchase, Spanish law obliges EDC Tundra to store this information for at least five years. Thus, this information cannot be removed or rectified even if the client requests such an action, although the use of such information can be blocked.
